No credit check auto loans are definitely on the increase in the UK under the guide of the logbook loan. If you drive and don’t mind the extra interest then I think that they are a great idea.:D

If you’ve got bad credit then it may be the only way. However be wary that interest and repayments may be excessively high to balance off the risk of the loan.

Guarantor loans are a good alternative as they rely on someone else vouching for you rather than a computer deciding wheter you are eligible or not!

I know of a lot of people that have benefited from this type of loan, especially those with less than perfect credit ratings! Its great that there are products out there to cater for everyone.

It is perhaps irresponsible for any lender to be giving out loans without checking whether the person is capable of repayment.

Good article here and I agree with your thoughts. The problem with no credit check loans is the high interest, but if you have damaged credit then you kinda have to bite the bullet with that.:D

They migh be good as there is a need for them but people need to understand that they will have to pay a premium to get hold of a no credit check loan and as long as they know that, I think these types of loans are perfectly acceptable.

Given the auto market and the credit crisis it is difficult to get credit to do a no credit check car loan.

I feel that no credit check auto loans are good.
The payments should be paid on time.
